We received a notice of the new sale at Bailey's and couldn't help but notice they have the Husky log tongs on sale. Many have asked about them and this is the ones we use and love them.

btw, if anyone would like to see the ad, we can forward it via email. Just send me your email address via private conversation and I'll forward it.

They also have their smart holder and smart splitters on sale, bars and chains, aluminum hat, boots, files, etc. We've had good luck ordering from them so will recommend them.

Oh yeah. Makes coffee taste even gooder.
My wife handed me a glass of that a few years ago, except she had put a little milk in.....on rocks. Man, that was good.

How can I store it? I have a full bottle, opened, that has been taking up too much room in my fridge since last Christmas. Can I put it in a cupboard after opening? Cognac the same?

We just keep an open bottle in the hall closet. Wife drinks it and a bottle last 6 months.

Those tongs are nice to have. When I use them with my son we call them robot arms. They save a little bending to pick up rounds and they use slightly different muscles which helps when the forearms get tired.

I've driven by Baileys several times while in northern California ( woodland), I just never realized it.

I also got my marriage license in Ukiah, where Left coast supply is.

Bailey's is a good company to deal with, order a lot from them. I don't use the tongs, but do have the Lockhart's firewood grippers and really like them. Cost half of what the tongs do. Lockhart's+Firewood+Gripper+18++-+21++Logs_R.jpeg

I got two of the tongs and they are a real back saver. No more bending down to the ground to pick up wood.

Will the 8" tongs handle most size logs? Or are the 12" better?

I had some 8" off brand ones (until I lost them in the woods... :(), and I found it easier to pick up smaller pieces, compared to my BIL's 12" Husqvarna set. But, the times that you really want to use them is on the bigger stuff anyway. Now that I have a hookeroon too, I think I'll go with the 12" set.
