Been in an omelette mood this long weekend. Busted out the CI and cooked up some Italian sausage pepper and onion omelettes with a side of corned beef hash and some English Muffins! Bazaam.......
Yes. Omelettes allow for lots of creativity. My favorite is shredded beef or pork left from taco night, with pico, lime, and cilantro. Or chili and cheese. I'd say it's a tie for favorite, but it depends on the chili.
Wow looks great. Puts my bowl of cereal to waste. Now that is a good way to start the day when you are going out to cut and split.
