    My parents installed one for the a/c side of it. Turns out the heating side works really well and they don't need their oil burner on so much. Two wall units on separate floors can run off one condenser.

    Had the exact same thing with my house. Went with all new unit and new lines. Still in the attic though. Same size unit does much better.

    Attic units are tough. The only way I have found them to more efficient is if the rafters are insulated, keeps the attic area a little cooler.

    Yeah he lives in Ayer - which I think is pronounced Aihah:D
    I always get a kick out of the GF trying to pronounce names when we go to MA, and she made me slow down to get a picture of a Rotary sign - yeah those don't exist anywhere else but NE

    Went and picked up the GF's new kayak and went for a float - felt good knowing I don't have a project waiting for me when I got home.
    The Wifi hotspot battery appears to have died again(crapped out last month) I'll be on the phone with AT&T for an hour again waiting for a warrantee claim - good thing I've kept the air card

    Newcastle x 12. Dog worn out. Bought some used reloading equipment for a friend and saved him hundreds. Today was a good day.


    Edit. Evidently he's not worn out. Labs never grow up. Best dog breed ever. We can all learn from a lab. Haven't tried one? You should.

    When we got to the take out for the kayak trip a guy and his wife were sitting in there lawn chairs letting their two labs play in the creek.
    He was throwing rocks for the dogs to chase/retrieve - one of the labs would romp right to the spot the rock landed and dive under water and stay under for 10-15secs never seen anything like it

    Same here, both kids in middle school now and my wife retired from teaching last June. We pushed them out the door and to the bus stop. Then we took a walk with before it got hot. It is the first time in 8 years I didn't walk one of my children to school and as it is now I never will again.
