Not a terrible price. They need to add in there that this firewood is eco-friendly certified green and you can add $100 per cord.

I enjoy cutting as well. At some point, you might save money buying wood depending how many toys you have to buy for the cutting.

Organic. Perhaps that means someone added some manure to the tree when it way young? Or maybe someone is just full of......

Judging from the yard it wasn't hauled out with mules and bucked with crosscut saws and then split by hand.
So I guess we're all sitting on organic firewood:axe:

    or·gan·ic
    adjective \ȯr-ˈga-nik\
    : not using artificial chemicals
: of, relating to, or obtained from living things

The advertisement is technically correct. If your neighbors complain tell them you are burning only expensive, organic firewood. That will make them think...

I only burn organic trees grown naturally with no preservatives or artificial chemicals.

I would like a GMO tree that was a cross between an oak tree for long burning, an ash tree for quick seasoning, and a royal empress tree for fast growth.

I always get a kick out of "organic" produce - people think they are buying stuff that some hippies fertilized with cow pies and harvested by hand.
And what exactly defines "artificial" last I checked everything on earth is real - refined fertilizer - nitrogen, phosphorous, etc.. are naturally occurring elements;)

FDA sure has a different idea what organic is. Google organic certified.

The FDA is a sham organization. Any big corporate coffers can sway what they approve. End political rant.

Not saying people in any organization can't be swayed, just that there is a complicated definition for organic according to the government.
