    She is getting a double lung transplant as we speak.

    I pray for a successful surgery and many more years of joyful life for her.

    Our father had a single lung transplant in 2009, I'll say a prayer.

    Each person acts different to the transplant and the side effects of the medicine you take after the transplant is a whole different beast.

    Brother in law had a kidney transplant as a young man years ago... Donor was his mother ( my mother in law)
    Years later , whenever he had done something silly he would put his hand on his hip and say..."it's the woman in me"
    Praying for your friend & the donor family.
