    you can't see them at the front of our Walmart, but out on the side, there must be 80-100 tons of them. I need notice there is a work crew doing something to the cement along the front of the store.

    I've been poking around a bit too. This is what I'm seeing so far this season in this area.

    HD - Chow, FSU, GS, Maine's Choice, Therma-Glo. GS is far and away the majority of what they have.
    Lowes - North Americans, GS, and Greene Teams
    Tractor Supply: Random stuff left over from last season, but everything that's getting delivered new so far this season is MWP, GS, or Genevas. In fact, those Genevas are making a huge showing around here. They are at nearly every TSC store in the area and in large quantities.

    Stopped at TSC in Millbury and they had about 150 tons of MWP and 100 tons of Genevas. Well, 9 out of 10 TSC shoppers will be happy with those Genevas for sure. Nothing like a bag of pellets that say 100% hardwood on it, right? I'm patiently waiting to see which and when the softies will appear this season...

    Taking one for the team, eh? I like those coupons they send out. For a while I was getting $10 off $50 buy offers from the "HD Garden Club", but I haven't seen one of those in about a month...

    Those damm $5 off $50, or whatever. You end up buying what you really dont need just to get that 5 bucks ! :doh:

    But its so hard to resist. I did that a few months ago at HD. I had no intention of getting anything before the coupon and I cant remember what I bought, so I MUST have really needed it at the time :emb:

    Now if tacklewarehouse would stop given $5.00 off $50 and free shipping on orders over $50. I'd keep a few bucks in the kitty!! :doh:

    Now I remember one thing I got was this LED upgrade for my old C Cell Mag Light-the bulb was blown. Definitely worth 9 bucks as its wayyyy brighter than the old bulb!! :thumbs:

    A new factory LED flashlight might be brighter and more even, but they good ones are spendy.

    Same here. The one I upgraded is a 4 C Cell from the 90's. The damm thing is also a billy club if need be :p

    I worked in hardware, and used to have a Maglite repair kit. I had spare springs, reflectors and lenses, and the holy grail, the tool to change out the switches in the barrel. I could make it last forever.
