    High temperature of 70 but it wasn't there but for a few minutes. Most of the day in the 60's. Windy but really feels great especially after the hot and humid weather we've had lately.

    As for the summer, looks like we may be a bit cooler than normal and also the high temperatures have been cooler. We average 6 days per summer of 90 or above and so far this year we've had 2. That is 2 too many for me.


    Another bright spot is our normal high temperature dropped to 79 a couple days ago. Our highest normal temperature here is 82 in July then it starts falling in late July but falls very slowly. Next month will see the temperatures dropping a bit faster and faster yet month by month until it reaches the low spot in January.

    I'm ready for fall.

    Yep, 70 here, all the windows are open nice breeze blowing through the house, I love it, been way too hot and sticky lately

    It's gotten noticeably cooler with a little breeze here too. So much nicer than the last couple days.

    The sun is finally coming out after having a heavy overcast for most of the day. It is now 4:00 PM. this is way most of our August will go. Temps will be around 70 during the day.

    Not so fast!!! Gardens around here are coming in now. Finally able to get some fresh cukes and summer squash. Temps here are still too warm during the day, and the humidity is horrid. It is a two shower day and I don't hardly move much. AC and dehumidifier running most of the time. Electric bill going through the roof. Doors are being opened and closed multiple times every hour. I have to keep the house cool for all the work being done every day. I'll be so glad to be able to open the windows and let the breeze come in.
    You must be keeping over there for yourself! The air is just dead here and it smells musty outside. Dogs go out and right back in. They bark until we get them.

    High of 80 today, 55 tonight. Great weather for working outside in the morning. Had a nice breeze yesterday.

    Soup here also. But I'm still here so I won't complain too much. Looks like we are in for a few days of very mixed weather. Mon son in moving so I hope there are some breaks. His house is about 3 miles away.

    60's and breezy this morning at sunrise :D . High around 80 with 50's tonight! The mrs is at school all day so I won't get much work done but at least I can stay outside with baby piney and not worry about her getting overheated.

    Well, Have to change the forecast for my region....again.
    Sun (today) highs in the 50's.
    Mon; Tue; highs in the 50's.
    Wed we'll break the trend and reach into the 60's for the highs.
    Thu; Fri; Sat; supposed to be in the 70's.
    There's our extended relief.
