A major payroll company in the US is not communicating well with Quickbooks accounting. What might be an option?
Wildwest- first off I completely dislike Quickbooks- they have moved to total self involved systems requiring cloud storage usage ( for additional charges of course). Second is this for a co. you work for or your on your own? All time card stamping clocks work or are you looking for one that is going to automatically integrate to a payroll accounting program? I also dislike large out of my area firms for anything to do with company cash flow. I found them to be less than responsive when difficulties arise. Just my personal take on that- 40 + years of my own business. Frankly the only way to work with a large out of town payroll firm is to use the same program they are using.
Thanks Chris! It's for ~~35 employees that work out of the office, so they could clock in an out using their phones, but it does not work easily with quickbooks. "Looking for one that is going to automatically integrate to a payroll accounting program?" That was the idea. The other need was to get the bank accounts out of reach of the office manager, KWIM?
