There's a few used ones on Craig's list. Probably the 68 since it's going in your basement.

For now, that is what I am thinking, but we will have to go look at them and talk with my nephew about them. My "basement" is not your typical basement. It has a cement knee wall on 3 sides with about 2.5 feet of fill up on it, then the rest of the walls are all conventional wood with regular windows, walk out and step down door entrance. All but about 20% is finished off and lived in just as the upstairs is. I think that is why my pellet stove is doing as good as it is. It is in a space we live in. My wife spends most her time upstairs, The dogs and me are downstairs most of the time. I have a den off the family room, own bath, and coffee maker, micro and frig. Nice spot to escape to. I have to pull the cooler air down so the warm air will go up. She likes it warm. I don't care for it too warm.

    I see, blame the Bear.

When you realize that these stoves operate with fuel that ranges in BTUs per pound that goes from 7,300 to over 9,000 one has an appreciation for exactly what has to go into the stove to make it safe to use :p.

The issue actually starts on a number of stoves at the mid point for their heat ranges. My bucket of parts did fine with MWP but fill the hopper with Cubex and it was off to high limit land on 3 after an hour or so.

Sounds like a nice set-up Save. I'm hoping to finish our basement soon and put a p38 or 45 down there.
