    I sit here with a very heavy heart. Came home from a wonderful evening out with the wife to a message on the voicemail. A couple that we are very close to and were in our small group bible study at one time lost a 15 year old daughter to a 4 wheeler accident today. Bill and Denise, what is even worse is that Denise was 2000 miles away tending to her father that is in poor health. She will be arriving back at 2 a.m. tonight. I talked with Bill and had prayer, he is in total shock.....you are not supposed to bury your kids.

    Thank you all for the prayers, it was an emotional morning at church. Even though we have our hope set on eternity these things are very hard to take or understand but just one more reason to focus on heaven instead of the breif moments we spend here. God Bless and thanks to my firewood hoarder family.

    Spent some time today with them, they have a decent size family coming in from all over the country. Wife and I have made a promise to spend extra time in a few weeks also to go visit. They have 4 kids and all will be going away in different directions in a few weeks and just Bill and Dee will be left with their thoughts and memories.
