    Will keep my eye out for a 32". Over 28" is where that big saw really shines.

    Hoping I can snag an 064/066/650/660 for pretty cheap and do what you did

    I thought. About a 28" but that's not much bigger than 25".

    25" and 28" are baby bars for that saw. 32" and 36" is what that saw Owns!

    Yea I got the aftermarket set of dogs for it but they match the small set o. Factory dogs. Even with those there is only 22" of bar exposed!!!

    Don't be afraid to completely remove that baffle. The side exit hole should be about the size of a nickel, minimum!

    Probably grn:d on it latter. It was difficult to he that baffel out of there with the dremel and attachments I had at hand. Need to get more. The side hole was same way. Needed more stones. Plus on AS they said not to go forward any more.

    This thing sounds like a total different saw as is. Like it can breath now! Not all stuffed up sounding.

    Ditch the stones and get tungsten, diamnod, or carbide cutters. Works much faster and much smaller.

    Stones can break and send stuff flying. Bits are better, but a little more money.
