    got the woodshed ready for a reload today. Notice my helper decided to dig a layin hole right in the way.

    It started to rain, will be filling it back up another day.

    Built a pole trimming rig also. I've got a lot of 3-5 ft poles leftover from the woodshed build.

    Nope, shed holds about three years worth, ~20 cords. Will be filling in that space with some stuff I split last summer.

    The way you posted the pics it looks like you're taking wood out of the shed.
    I like that idea of building a shed with wood, did you cut spruce for that?

    I did move a wheelbarrow load or two to the basement. Yes, the shed poles are spruce I cut, vertical poles are not in the ground, they would rot pretty quick.

    What did you use for fasteners at all of the joints? The diagonals/horizontals/rafters... etc. Screws maybe? I really like the use of poles for the frame... :yes:

    Yep, 3/8" lag screws, and outdoor wood screws...lots of em...star drive with an impact driver
