    I wonder if she complains about the smell of diesel vehicles going down the street?
    I would try to find out if she calls about any other neighbors when they BBQ, and if they don't BBQ, offer to take mine to their house and cook up some chit and see what happens. There has to be a record of calls to the city about these "disturbances".
    Or, ask her over for BBQ. Some people just don't know how to get along.
    Those guys seem pretty reasonable (except at the end when he asks about going over to shoot the biatch), and the guy from the city is just doing his job, but man, that's just stupid.

    I don't know the whole story I did not read it, I don't even like reading stuff like this cuz it makes me so mad, good thing they're not my neighbors I would probably end up in jail

    I wonder if she realizes her electric is possibly created by burning coal, or how much her car pollutes, or what her trash consists of going to help fill a landfill.
    Does she use hairspray? How many plastic bags?

    This sorta reminds me of a particular girl I dated YEARS ago who fancied herself a militant vegan- she would berate my dinner choice, and "oh those poor animals and how they're treated... blah, blah, blah." So one day, after months of taking it on the chin, I calmly looked down at her sneakers and said, "Hey! What're those @$&#ing sneakers made of?"
    Doncha know, I got a politicized response the likes of Miss Hilly out of her- par for the course, as she literally worshiped the ground Hilly's husband walked on (this was back in '96-'97 after all).


    Dispatched that situation not long after...

    The smoke is up front and center, easy to spot and smell .....the rest, not so much. If we all took a good look at our daily lives (yes, me included), we'd find all kinds of stuff that we could do better. When we lived downstate, the area I lived when I was a kid had air quality similar to big cities in China (well, not that bad), but we didn't realize it too much until we moved, then went back. What a pit. If she wants clean air, tell her to move to the woods, where the trees and other green plants clean the air.
    We recently found 2 different recycling places, but they're each over 20 minutes away, so not going to make a special trip burning up gas to take it there.
    We do that when we know we'll be going in that direction. It's cut the amount of crap going to the dump by at least a third.
