Wow. I cut a bunch of wood and got it all hauled out of the woods. Stacked it up and waiting to be split. Even my wife helped out a lot. It was hard work and really tired me out a lot. Had a couple of good drinks. ....and then I woke up. Geeze I was tired. That is one of the problems with dreaming, but at least the bed wasn't wet from sweat. So much for last night, but I hurt pretty bad today. Let's hope tonight goes much better.

It's good to see you can still get a decent days work out of that body Dennis. Try not to kill yourself, your wife still needs you. Pace yourself enough to enjoy the work

I had a dream the other day, that chit was hitting the fan, the power grid was failing and I was looking at a brochure with 8 to 10 kits on it, the kits were called heat in a box, the kiks included everything you needed, high efficiency wood stove, amber protection, pipe and chimney for a one story home. I was thrilled to death that I was already set up, then came the bad part where I didn't get much sleep because I had to guard my wood, then I woke up and had to go wee wee As far as working in my sleep goes, I have done that but, nothing like the dreams I had or more appropriately I would say nightmares!! I had, a lot, when I first started working on the assembly line. Always in the nightmares I was getting in the hole, getting behind, couldn't keep up, and they kept speeding the line up just to test me, and if you failed you get fired, and at the time with a toddler and a newborn I could not afford for that to happen. Like I said those were nightmares They went away after about a month, WHEW
The one I have had for decades is food. I am at a corporate trip, isolated hotel in the middle of nowhere. Someone needs my help, after helping them, the dinner buffet is totally empty, caterers gone for the night, and was starving. Hmmm. I still have that stupid dream though I do not work now. Call me
Spent 25 years writing computer programs. One night I dreamed I was stuck in an infinite loop ... fortunate for me I broke out of the loop and woke up ! Would have really sucked to miss out on all this fun hoarding firewood and burning wood stoves.
Wow, I didn't see this until today. When I woke Friday morning, I found my log pile already cut and split. I asked my wife if she hired someone to work it. She said no. Instead she said that some guy going by Backwwods Savage stopped by looking to be in pain from surgery went to town working the load. Who need friends when you have firewoodhoarder friends to do the work. . Hope you feel better soon.
