Sometimes with just a screw gun you can take a section of fence off the post and get in and out with your equipment. Then put it back up like you were never there.

Cleaned the pool after a thunderstorm yesterday.
Grouted tile in the laundry room, picked up new water heater, and some more 1/2pint jars - canning some more tomatoes tomorrow.

Just threw a rack of babybacks on the grill, beans and salad for sides:grizz:

bought a Whirlpool with the touch pad, plumber at Lowes talked me out of the Geospring said he's seen a bunch of them scale up after a few years to the point the unit becomes inefficient.
figure $500 vs. $1000 and only 2 people using it most of the time I probably wouldn't see the payoff before something went wrong with the heat pump circuit

Yeah, we had that on Saturday. One local meteorologist said that this storm had the most electrical power of any storm he's seen in many years. It was very crazy, and luckily there were no damages in our area.

News said this morning that the NH/Maine border area had baseball sized hail. That's gonna leave a mark. No hail here and the storms last night fizzled out.

Pool party at my place! Cmon in...the water is fine!

It's not really mine. I just weed wacked the back yard down. The weeds were taller than the fence.

Barre, VT got some flooding went down last nite to check out apartment building.. Got in early.. short version 5 plus inches rain under an hour center of town looks like a U meaning mountains both sides narrow river valley in bottom. land back up to river. no damage to house tenants had to stay there til morning as all roads were closed til loaders moved most of mud when waters receded

No joke tenant complained sump pump is basement was on all nite.... Really!

Depending on where in state you measure we gotten between 20 and 30 inches since June 1.

If this pattern doesn't change well be looking at real snow measured in meters!

Alps well that ends well

Just pulled the last batch of Rotel from the boiler bath, 34 1/2pints, had to run to town for another dozen jars.

Burgers and Conecuh sausage for dinner.

Going kayaking tomorrow, taking the short trip down the spring fed creek with the GF and maybe my crazy neighbor - should be a good time
