It is. Unfortunately sometimes being a nice guy turns around and bites you in the arse. The kids do their learning from their parents, or they should. That being said I'd be having a "frank" discussion with the parents pointing out that sometimes fences make for better neighbors, maybe they might be smart enough to get the hint.

Actually, the 62 year old owner was one of the ones helping move this beast in the warehouse. It was when it was off the pallet jack and needed a few more inches against the wall was when I am pretty sure I tweaked it again.

I keep telling him we need some younger blood for this type of work-the youngest on this job is almost 50 and we dont heal like we use to.

 

Got back from down island and brought 44 lbs of tomatoes with us. Guess what we will be doing tomorrow morning? Going to relax and enjoy the evening and try not to think about tomorrow. It also have been a busy couple of days.

 

Unfortunately it's just the mother. She is nice but does not put forth much effort in keeping an eye on the kids. The boy is 6 and told me one day after after I told him to go play in his yard that theirs no fence.

I know their old neighbors and they had the same problems.

 

Wait till he's 16.............................Too late for the fence then...................

 

It looks like the motoGP races will still be on pavement, and not a river. We'll be staying in Brownsburg again.

 

Is that this weekend? Gonna be hot hot hot here!like 93 hot.

You might talk to those kids and tell them for every ripe quart they pick you'll give them 50 cents
if they fill a quart or two and earn a dollar they may reconsider berry picking as living

 

Bear came back last night, 2 more feeders "Kaput!" 12 day cycle, I'll get him yet my pretties. Muahahaha!

Rained earlier today a little. Raining here again. No thunder outside tonight. I'm making thunder again though. What? Some of the family got together and we all had to see who could eat the most ears of roasted corn on the cob off the grill! It's not my fault. Then we had burgers, dogs, and Italian sausage on the grill with my big sister before her and my great niece go back west tomorrow. Good times.
