Wow! I really like the Sig Sauer. I got it from a neighbor, he bought it new three years ago and never fired it. I could never do that. I put 100 rounds through it today with no problems and it is VERY accurate. Sig Sauer 2nd generation 1911's ROCK! This is one fine 1911. I've owned a few 1911's - Colt XSE, Para ordinance, and a Springfield, I like this one the best of all. :D

The first 1911 I ever shot was a Sig a buddy of mine owned. It's a super nice gun, but I had a hard time not getting an "American" 1911 when I picked up my first one. I went with the Ruger SR1911 instead (which is still pretty darn nice). Maybe one day I'll pick up a Sig as well, it's just hard dropping close to a grand on a gun that's pretty much the same as the Ruger I already have.

I traded some silver that I bought about 10 years ago. I figure I got this one for $700. Not bad for a 3 year old gun that was new in the box. I have Ruger's and I love the way they shoot. Ya really can't go wrong with most 1911's.--- Hey, it's all about having fun.--RIGHT? ---Hope everyone had a great 4th! http://shootersmagazine.com/sig-sauer-swiss-engineered-made-in-the-usa/

My 2 year old had my phone. She said she was seeing silly faces. I guess that was the smilies and she posted it. I forgot to check behind her.
