I don't think states anywhere on the package to: Call 911, have them send the coroner, light fuse, place on head and wait for the explosion

 

Yeah but no fireworks this year, got those out of system several years ago.
I didn't realize ME legalized them, I was like a kid in a candy shop when I moved south 15 years ago.

When a whole bunch of rattlesnake screamer bottle rockets have bad fuses -it's probably not a good idea to break the sticks off them and throw them in the outdoor fireplace, hide behind the deck handrail(yeah slotted picket bunker) and wonder how they whizzed by you head and your still alive

My buddy lives in Calais, Me. He mentioned this today to me. Unbelievable.

By the way, I believe both stories are the same. Only one incident in Calais yesterday.

 

I agree, there can't be two people that stupid in the same town......................

so we can expect a product liability atty to get in touch with his family, to sue the fireworks manufacturer. the label did not specifically say "do not place on head and light."
