    Wow, 8:00 we are at least down to 82, from 100 earlier. That is strange, our temps are usually more extreme than you are in the Seattle area.

    our high of year to date is supposed to be 82 on sunday! Pool is ready water is below 60 not been used yet! high yesterday day of 74 but sunny and it's July:D

    yes, there are three fires burning on Vancouver Island but the biggest is just beyond Whistler on the mainland and with the outflow winds, it is bringing everything out to the coast and blanketing it. the one closest to us is in the next community farther up the island and we are getting smoke from it as well as the interior of the mainland. Air quality in Vancouver city, Comox valley and southern island communities is not great. I am not surprised that you are getting signs of it down there.
