It's a U.S. Border Patrol out of Vermont, I'm taking my info off WPTZ TV channel 5.

They just reported that Sweat was still alive. I would think that with the Gov coming in from Albany on a plane that they either have him or they're real close.

Off topic but Jack Straw our local Fox affiliate was bombarded with complaints over Tornado coverage in April 2011 because they cut into American Idol broadcast.
Once those storms are out of your neck of the woods people get irritable that they can't watch someone that will never produce a golden record get "critiqued" by judges that have no business judging

Matt shot at a guy hauling a camper, the guy thought he had a flat tire so he stopped to check, no flat so he drives 8 miles to the camping area when he goes to setup he notices a hole in his camping trailer so he calls 911, that's when they brought the tactical team in, they went 8 miles back down from the campground into the woods when they heard a cough, Matt wouldn't put his hands up so they shot him. He had a 20 gauge shotgun he had stole from a hunting cabin.
