    Living in the northern states has its advantages and sometimes lack of high heat is one huge advantage. So far this year we've had no hot days but a couple of very uncomfortable days because of humidity. Last summer I think we ran the air conditioners 4 times total. That I like.

    It was 92 here today. We spent about 4 hours near the woods, weed eating and clearing brush. We got in the pool a bunch of times and that helps a lot.
    I'd much rather try to stay cool in the summer than try to stay warm in the winter.

    I'm really close to the OP, I live in Durham. Definitely hot and humid out.
    I did about a half hour of wood stacking and throwing out trash just now and I'm done. May need a sweat transfusion
