Red and White Oak, and the pile is growing

    Humid but overcast here today, grabbed a nice load of red and white oak, small amount of cherry too, with a couple buddies. From tops left on nearby property that was timbered about two years ago. Load disappeared into the 2016-17 pile. There is a slope behind my lot where we stage wood, so this year stacking a little barrier wall to keep pile contained.

    Nice load of oak and sweet tractor. I cut this load this morning before it gets to hot. be splitting and stacking this evening.

    You got a load on the old Chevy Denny, the old boy looks to be maybe 73-74. Saying around here goes "don't mind the mule load the wagon"
