The top left is to be our bedroom and the top right is the bath/laundry. The utility closet is in back. the box area is where the shower is going and next to that the throne. I have 3 separate saniflush systems that flush up.
Yes it is very nice to see it start come back together. My garage is full of stuff. New appliances etc.

Well, shed got delivered & "installed" today....pics to prove it happened. Pretty close match to house. Now, gotta get the driveway paved (Thurs. am), and pick up electrical items to run some power to it. I'll put in 2 interior outlets, fluorescent shop light, switch, outside outlet, and some sort of outdoor light....not sure if I'll get a flood or barn type.

Also gotta pick up some 2x3's and 7/16"OSB to make "attic" storage.

After having a few days in the high 80s over the past couple weeks, it was 47 on my way into work and 45 on my way home. Supposed to be the same tomorrow. Also saw a guy stuffing bags of MWPs into his car as I drive past TSC. Is it really June? This is crazy.

Yeah, probably, but after the price-fix I just got today on my propane ($1.84/gal.), a pellet-eater for this place is on indefinate hold.

Wow, you're not kidding that's a good price. With propane and oil staying low and pellets going way up they're going to price themselves out of the market.

you are so right, I'll burn pellets, but not so many as I had done in the past few years unless pellet prices come back more reasonable. I can't see how they will hang onto those high prices for pellets when gas and oil are way more competitive. Even the pellet makers have lower cost with fuel cost down.

I see a prefab fireplace chimney...

There is plenty of units that will go into a prefab fireplace :D

Just sayin... Ya know, for when LP prices hit the roof again ;) lol

Yep, the original thought was to use the existing chimney and run a liner through it to a pellet eater. If propane starts to climb in the future, I'll probably get a used unit off CL, or an AMFM refurb. An Enviro Mini would be perfect, but too much $$ for a new one. The small Thelin would look great in here....always loved that look.

I like that it has a lot of windows. Nothing better than being able to see what you are looking for!

You've got room for a pellet stove or two in that shed. Remote thermostat in the house, rope lights, the whole works.....
