So I got this assembled today. Only $25 and predictable flight to help me get a feel for all this.

Nice! I love me some skeet shooting!

My only tip is:Take a few rocks, scrap steel, etc that are capable of keeping it firmly on the ground for more throwing distance! We tack welded some quarter inch thick steel stakes on the bottom. Works great until the ground is super hard. Then the rocks are supreme.Have fun!

Had one very similar and mounted it to a rim from an old car. Was heavy enough to keep in stable. Much easier to use when grind was either frozen or when it was wet and the feet wouldn't sink I.

We found a truck tire on a rim on junk days and so I finally got this rim-mounted. The thing barely notices when I fire is, quite pleased with how it turned out! The instructions found mounting it to a tire were crap, but it all worked out.

Man that was fun. I shot three rounds of six, which is how many shells I can fit into the mossberg. First round I missed all six, the second rounds ended well with me hitting 2 of the last 3 clays. The last round was much better-- I missed the first clay but hit the last five. The nice thing is the girls weren't around to see the first two rounds!

Good job ! All this shootin' stuff is kinda fun, isn't it . ..?
-Every time you or your wife goes to Wal-Mart, grab one of those 12g. bricks of Federal- 7-1/2 shot/ low base-(that's what I see locally on a regular basis).

If you end up with 10-20 bricks of shells, you're off to a good start.

How did you attach the thrower to the wheel? I didn't see what you did.

Dude, if you post a pic. of that thing duct taped to a spare tire, I'll have reached Nirvana. seriously.

I get a kick going through all these old posts you have posted and see how into guns you have become. Its goof family fun isint it.

If more of america went and realized the majority of people use guns for good reasons they may not hate them as much.
