Tim, I think most of them are 5' sides normally but you can pay a little extra to raise them. In our case, where we made it into a barn, it was necessary to raise it but wish we'd gone another foot higher.
$1100 5' height. I asked how much I could save if I put it together and it was only a 5 percent savings. Well worth the price to have them do it.
