Ha! We too went without a fire. It was still comfy in here when bedtime came so just left it alone. Getting a bit cool in here now though.

No pool dippin for me......I did do the Ice Bucket Challenge last year, all the young whipper snappers at work wouldn't step up so the old boy had to give it a go.

Could have had a fire last night here but just turned the heat up.

Overcast & been hanging around 60° all day house 72 but did have a fire last night.

Low 40°s at night forecast for the week.

Might be I need a small fire every other night.
One more week then should be done buring for a while.

I agree Dave. I'm thinking at most 2 or 3 more fires just to take dampness out and be more comfortable. Looks like we'll be warm for a few days then back into 60's so always a chance for some chilly nights.

63°, sunny, but a bit windy.
No fire last night, house 72° this AM.
Might be done burning if this weather holds.

Knock on wood, I think it's finally over! Great night for a campfire in the backyard, though. Gotta get my fire fix somehow.

We have some nights coming up either on Tuesday or starting Wednesday the temps will be dropping in the low 30's, we'll have a few more fires.

For sure a weird forecast. 83 on Monday; 56 on Tuesday. Then Tuesday night 35. Probably another frost but this won't be so nice. I see beans coming up in fields. They won't take frost very well at all. Hopefully the fruit will be set enough that frost won't harm it.

The AC has been on the last 2 days with fairly steady threats of rain. and intermittent extreme storms passing. I had 3 leaners cut from their stumps in my back yard that I found on the ground this morning, silver lining. A cold front is due to come through with predicted highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s the next few days. So far it has been an active spring.

Almost hit 90º here today then a quick shower cooled it to 75º. Sat out by the fire pit Friday and Sat. night.

Surprised at some of y'all high temps. We haven't broke 80/81F yet this year.

    Fire last night
Clear & cold, down to 33°, had to cover the Zucs.

Rest of week calls for nights in the 40°s.
Hoping that was the last fire, but know better,
Seem to need one now & then in late Aug.
