    Finally got the okay from the doctor and physiotherapist to resume working my firewood. Running 2 months behind on splitting and stacking my load of Oak for the 16-17 season.
    Glad to be back @ it. Pictures upcoming in the next day or so. Note to self: watch where your walking next winter. Took 65 years to break the strongest bone in my body...............

    Good for you rotti. I even split for about an hour this morning. Still recovering here too but not from broken bones and I fell on the ice only once this past winter.

    Yeah, your generally right, but I figured that I shouldn't press my luck with this one as I really didn't want to end up using my goober hand for operational purposes for eternity.

    Glad to hear that you've been cleared! I was recently cleared from having an appendectomy, I couldn't lift much for a month after the surgery. I'd like to cut more now but I may have to wait for a few weeks. Just when it's starting to get nice and hot! Be careful out there and take it easy at first!
