I couldn't wait any longer, I cracked open a long trail ale while cleaning the garage.
I also found a 3/8 ratchet that had eluded me all winter, sneaky bastid...

Cast has been gone for 3 weeks Stinny. physio twice a week has me back to about 85% use. Been riding the Wing for a week now. Not supposed to get into any heavy slugging yet, so no firewood till June, other than that life is returning to some form of normalacy. Barring any screw up, should be done physio the end of the month.

Yeah, that's great you have been able to ride the bike rotti!

I hauled a load of wood out of the land, and hauled a load of split sugar maple home. My house hoard will officially started after the weekend.

Clouds moved in, darker here, wind kicking up. 4 of the 5 beings in the home are napping on the couch.

I hear that! I used the Kubota to move a bunch of brush from an area I want to clean up. Then dug out some stumps and rocks and then leveled with the bucket. :dex:

The stack of wood that will actually be at my house several months before burning season. I never had any real amount of wood at my house until late fall.

I only stumbled upon this site in December.;)

Oh My Goodness!!- not what I actually said, trust me...
Had to work today, got home and was ready to weld some light duty racks together for storage items. Then some lay-out for the steel hearth for the NC-13.
Wife says- What are you doing?
Me- Layout for the new hearth.
Wife- But....I thought the cook stove was going there?
    Me- Ummm... cook stove?
Wife- Don't you have that-(Kitchen Queen 380)- cook stove on order?
Me- Uh, no, not yet. Wait, I didn't realize you actually wanted it??!!
Wife- Well I told you I wanted it, don't you listen??

Guess I need to contact Woody now. SMH.

If only. She should know by now what I'm dealing with, her musings need to be a bit more definitive for me to accept them as "..a decision has been made."
I'm good with the cook stove, really good with it actually. Just have to figure out clearances and venting..

And so, anyone in the market for a brand new NC-13, still on the pallet?

My wife and I got to hold our neighbor's new 9 week old greater swiss mountain dog pup, named Gus. Such a sweet calm little guy. His dad is 140 lbs. He'll be a big boy.

Woops, I might have to bust you on this, I remember a thread where you were looking for venting for the cookstove  :picard::rofl:

Also, do not forget the conversation with her when she told you "we need more ammo" for a new gun!!
