Im in the market for a good gun belt. My old belt is starting to show wear and tear. It's getting harder to find a real leather belt. So what kinda of gun belt do you have and where to find them at?
I only use a duty belt at work and it's dept issue. I'm not a fan because it's synthetic, I would prefer leather. For personal carry I don't use a gun belt per se, I use whatever belt I have on. Usually it's IWB and it stays well enough on its own
I have a heavy leather belt from Cabelas that I use with my holster. Not a gun belt, butting works for me.
That's what got me thinking about going that route. I got the email for Mother's Day. Plus I have like 3 holsters from them. If I go that route I'll let you know how they are...
Yea, me too. But I need something that I can tighten up around my waist to hold it up. I've even thought about going with suspenders.... Others wise my pants will be around my knees with that extra weight.... And I don't like my a$$ showing and I'm sure everyone behind would appreciate that too...
I got mine at a local gun show about three years ago. There always seems to be someone selling leather goods at the gun shows in this area.
For leather check out the Jake belt from http://theisholsters.com/ or the Amish belt from http://www.hanksclothing.com/amish_belts_ccw.html. What really like and use is the Atlas belt from http://www.volundgearworks.com/belts/ it has infinite adjustment with in its size range.
I bought a nice belt (and holster) from Galco. The belt is nice enough to wear for casual dress too. Think I got it from http://www.midwayusa.com/
Yep mine will be worn pretty much everyday also. Good to hear about the crossbreed belt. Im always hesistant to get some over the net, till ive researched it good. Cause Im a touchy feely type of guy....

I love the crossbreed holsters as well.
