IP, I think you'd find the 45cc Quake is much closer to how your Richmond and my 52cc CmT is built. Alum handle and rim sprocket and whatnot.

BTW, all of these China imports are outboard clutches. ;)

    Really?

I stand corrected then. All of my quakes are outboards with the 45cc and my 52cc CMT having a floating rim sprockets.

Now I really want to play with a 62cc.:D

I wonder if it is because it is a 62cc or a different brand?

Nothing to it just do overlapping tacks with a mig. Both of mine are in the 180 to 190 on compression and I'm not sure they've run long enough to seat the rings.

I'm a self taught welder with. A harbor freight flux core 90amp 115amp welder. I'm good on 1/4 or 3/16 plate even 1/16, but thin stuff not so much.

Definitely would want hard wire with shielding gas for it the flux core is usually to heavy for thin stuff. I'm pleased with mine and yes I spent more on a bar and chain for the 288xp then what my total bill was for these.
