Yesterday, I took the roof off the small shed.

So that I could finally finish the last 18 feet of the roof of the big wood shed, which had been tarped since I built it last year. The small shed was built pretty much without a plan a few years ago, and it is kinda in the way for snow removal, but I liked it enough to build the big one last year. The small shed will be dismantled.

WOW! what an awesome wood shed especially using small trees for pretty much the entire thing.

Man, that's sweet. I like the ugly ducking section in the middle, and am wondering how you got the dogs to line up and sit still. I have a log home, and if I had skills like to you I would have loved to build a wood shed like that!

Looks great! Nothing like a fine wood shed filled with beautiful stacks. That is a whole lotta wood you got there!

And for the purists out there, hopefully the old shed makes it into the new shed stacks! Full circle!

I was dreading finishing the roof, till I saw the pics from your epic split and stack party, gave me that little nudge of inspiration to just finish the job and be done with it.

    That's the plan:)

Beautiful work! It's huge too! Roughly how many cords will that hold?
