I saw a wreck with a whole lot of bees, tractor trailer full, and they had to kill most of them to get it cleaned up. To bad, it was a lot of bees going to pollinate a whole lot of blueberry crop if I remember right.

I spent a little quiet time outside and re-stacked the wood "pinecone" from the raccoon fray a few nights ago.

I am seeing new birds here today, they are drinking under the only non-snowed on piece of ground, a corner of our home sheltered by the eaves. I cannot locate a bird thread though I thought there was one here? Any suggestions?

There might be a -How to marinade a frozen bird?- thread somewhere. Not sure....
I got another 15" , been busy all day clearing out driveways up and down the canyon. Met some people I hadn't met before, it was good.
Semi-trucks without chains suck, they should all be beaten with wet noodles or something, had the highway closed for hours.
I did not make it to work and I don't care, have a nice bonfire going out back to try to melt off some of the snow.
25" at this point, maybe another 4"-6" overnight.

I'm afraid it's not so uncommon, out here. Great places to live, but have to wait this stuff out. Frankly, we had a mild winter compared to other years, not sure how Beetle-Kill 's winter was .... It was record snowfall at the home we sold last year in Colo.

I'm sure Gmule, Jutt, Rockymtn, they got as much or more than I did. They're all a bit south and lower elevation, this was an upslope dumper, plays heck with them.
WW is right, pretty mild winter, this is normal spring stuff. Still sucky, I'm ready for summer.
