    Physio guy is really good. Says 6-8 weeks of 2 to3 times a week. Had some concern about the amount of atrophy of my tricep muscle but feels it should come back with some work.     This is my last 2 racks of splits I was restacking because the snow loads pushed them back. Just as I started the second to last rack the entire thing took a spill.
