it could be a VT thing but as I only use 250 galloons a year and prices dropped this week if I only saved 2 cents a gallon I would make then do 100 galloons drops. heck I would never installed a second tank and here a 275 in basement is standard. I put in another.
this state has also new houses generally have to be propane as you have to build to energy code which states 94% or higher efficient furnace and I think r-60 in vaulted ceilings. which is good for saving in future but makes starter homes a quarter million and up... so old oil customers are getting fewer..

 

in the past two years i have used only 150 gallons. tanks are empty, price is low, would like to have backup reserves.

 

I agree, price should continue to drop until June IF geopolitical factors remain constant, in your case like mine big savings over 150 galloons. I think you said you ha 2 330s, if so I would recommend 200 now and top them later in June because that is your biggest savings gives 27 cent a gallon savings where others average 1 dollar less per hundred gallon. my guy also does 3 cents off if check and not credit if you haven't asked..

 

its interesting how varied this can work in difffernt areas. all the prices i stated are ten cents HIGHER if you order any other way than by online with a credit card. they give a two day window and i guess route thier deliveries efficiently. all the companies in our area price match if it is within thier delivery range, but this company is always the cheapest anyway. as i understand it, they do a lot for the community also.

 

interesting, I know credit cards charge a % my guy says cash or check at rate I'm getting. Also he delivers this area 2 times month in summer puts extra on the load when he is in area.

 

Right on Turbo. If we want to save the 12 bucks we just have to quit coffee for a while and drink tea. Use same tea bag for 2 or 3 weeks. Bingo! LOL!
