Time for some three point hitch equipment. I think the York rake will be first. I'll take some pictures tomorrow of the work.
It took me about twenty minutes to take it off. But that was because it was my first time taking it off. After I practice a few times I should get it down to about 5-7 minutes I would think. The hydraulics do about 95% of it. I have to pull some pins and levers though.
They come off pretty easy on solid ground. Getting them back on can be trickier but not bad. Just do it when you aren't in a hurry...especially the first time.
Kubota has really done the engineering on attachments. I can remove or install the FEL in less than 5 minutes. A level solid surface makes it easy
gasifier, I like that backhoe! but blower is stay in on my bota, til I'm sure mother nature does not want to give us 1 more good dumping. what's backhoe weigh I think blower is 700 and chains are another 100 or so apiece. did break down and switch studded snows off wife Subaru to all seasons though.. I am thinking springs coming but it spit snow here today
I have to be very careful where I go now. With the backhoe on you can use it to get yourself unstuck! It is strong enough to pick the back of the tractor up and out of the ruts and move it over. These R-4 industrial tires don't have the bite that the Ag tires have.
yeah, I got the r4s, also but they do not destroy the fields but less bite I usually can get out with loader but in mud season I had to get a winch more than once. but I am a rookie, farmers 14 year old grandson stopped by for something as I was getting come a long and drove it out
This baby saves a LOT of work. This helps to resurface the stone, level off the camp road and the edge of the main road. Dry everything out faster. Oh. And fix the front yard from the well repair last fall!Oh the memories are coming back now!
yeah I got a woods 7 foot rake and box blade, I love them fix in driveway worth wait in gold, the brush hog which keeps field down. picked all 3 used in package deal for 1500 . my next step is to add the quick release for loader get a set of forks and a grapple for brush.. lookin for a deal.. like your roof.. but I'm a city kid so still learning...
Those are some nice pieces of equipment you have for your tractor. The "roof" on mine comes on all the construction grade Tractor/Loader/Backhoes (TLB) they sell. Serves as a Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) and protects you from falling objects. I like both of those things. In my woods there are a lot of dead trees. A few years ago I had the top of a dead tree come falling down not too far away from me, probably 30' away, after I had dropped a different tree and it apparently hit the dead one. That will make you think. I want to eventually add a grapple as well. The only problem is I do not have hydraulics plumbed up front that are operated by the loader joystick. I would have to add a separate hydraulic line for that and then you need to add a controller for it. This will all add up to quite an expense. Or, I could have my neighbor make me a grapple like Stinny 's. Maybe the stinster could post a pic here for you to see how he did it. (Not that he likes to show it off or anything. )This would use the existing hydraulic cylinders for the bucket and be controlled by the existing joystick. I think that will be a much cheaper route for me. I talked to him about it already and he will build me one when I am ready. I don't have the dough right now. But I can use my forks lift and push brush piles around fairly well. Gotta get a grapple sooner or later though. I told him I want one that opens up at least 4 feet! And I'm not joking.
