Trust me, That only takes some of the sting out of it. You will still wake up a day later and have a head ache.

Beer helps ease the throb that comes later!!

Thats why I always drink beer. Its like insurance. ;)

Same here but I took the opportunity to empty the ash pan (it was petty damm full too :emb:) and a quick firebox cleaning. Make lemonade from lemons :)

Yes, Geneva Wood Pellets. They make several brands, one of which is Maine Choice, which I'm not a fan of at all. I haven't tried any of the others.

WW, if you get a chance sometime, look at a map of Maine and follow I-95 north. Once you get above Old Town, civilization disappears. Really. Nothing but trees. Every 20 or 30 miles there's an exit around which you may or may not see a few houses. It's like that all the way to Houlton. No cellphone reception in a lot of places, either. Check out the North Maine Woods. Total wilderness. Nothing but dirt roads. No towns. I love it up there.

Geneva or Maine Choice? Personally I don't think the Maine Choice are as good as the MWP's but they usually sell for more.

I am burning Corinth right now. I would take MWP over Maine Choice any day. The Cornith are probably similar to MWP.

I did not know that Maine Wood pellet was made by Geneva? I thought that the Geneva plant was silent for a few years until new ownership and just became operational again last year. Maine Choice never went away. or did they?

Edit..... NOT Geneva-Corinth is what I am burning now

Trying to sort all this out, are you saying Corinth is made by Geneva?

Sorry man. No, Corinth is not made by Geneva. Corinth is their own brand that was shut down a few years ago due to poor performance. A new buyer took over, made improvements and began producing again last year. My dealer had to give them a try during the shortage last year and found that the new product was pretty good so he carried them this year. I took a ton on his recommendation and they are not bad. Like I said, pretty similar to MWP. I was hoping that they would be good enough for a cold season pellet but they are not in the same league as LaCrete, Spruce Pointe etc.

    Sorry for the confusion.
