That's pretty nifty. But unsure if that's something I could setup in my house. Hmmm wonder if it could fit in a closet somewhere close by.

I was thinking something more along the lines of a sifter I could place right on the stove. Maybe with an angled bottom made out of mesh with a tray underneath for fines, and the pellets just pass on over. Maybe not quite as effective but easier to use and store.

Edit> Actually maybe the vacuum contraption could be placed over the stove so you could pour pellets right from the bag in one step. That would be good. Just need to stash it and a shop vac nearby the stove.

I have mine out in the garage. They have sifters like your talking about but not sure if anyone in this forum has one.

This is the screener style setup I have. It works pretty slick. I do two 55gal drums at a time.

Major problem is that the fines will be flying all around in the air (dust) and will get on everything. You'd still need a vacuum hose placed so that it could suck up most of the airborne dust.

The sifter could still be relatively sealed, except for the intake and the exit, much like just pouring a bag currently into the stove. but I'm wondering if the vacuum could be made as convenient by placing it right over the stove. I don't want a 2 step process to get pellets into the stove. I load 2-3 bags at a time, and don't want to fiddle with things for 5 minutes just to load it. Maybe if I had an attached garage or a basement where the pellets are stored I could rig something up there, but my pellets (or at least a 2-4 week supply) is within a couple steps of the stove and brought to the stove room door on the back of my truck. But the stove is already a bit tall, not sure if I could lift a bag of pellets high enough to dump down a device that is on top the stove unless I make it really low profile.
