Been working on putting in 3 waterers and 2800' of waterline for the last week and a half.

My help can't trench straight, but he is getting better.

Muddy and nasty down here with two creek crossings and the trench filling with water and wanting to collapse.

Today I decided to do some work on a recent craigs list score
    NCM_0161.JPG
Changed out the coil to an unlimited cleaned up the flywheel and casing around it
    NCM_0144.JPG
Then decided to remove the limiters
    NCM_0148.JPG
then removed the carb base and clean it all up and take care of any future vent problems while I was at it
    NCM_0157.JPG
Put a little aluminum tape on to protect against any heat
    NCM_0158.JPG
    NCM_0159.JPG
Its got some wrinkles but its on there.Got it all back together but it got little late on me have to tune it in tommorrow.

Getting ready for the final push on finishing my 1962 Boston Whaler project boat this year. The retaining wall next to the garage was tipping over after 8 years of parking my backhoe and boats there. The tires had compressed the soil enough forcing it sideways to push over the wall. I tore it all down and dug it back to about 4" behind the posts. I'm putting in 2 - 2x10 treated boards along the bottom to help hold back the soil, and re-pitching the base blocks using small limestone fill. The part behind me is finished. Then, back to my 3 year whaler project!!! I got 3 coats of high-build epoxy primer on it before winter, ready for final paint this spring. Then flip it back over and finish the interior.

I installed an alternator, water pump, timing belt, serpentine belts, front brake pads, and wiper blades on one car, and rotated the tires. Changed the oil on the other, and put new wiper blades on it as well. Good to go for a little longer, i hope.

Can't be me, that dude has a head of hair!!

UPDATE: I'm actually leaning towards painting the boat in a non-traditional (sacrilegious) color combination of the following photos ............ you get the idea. The center console, painted black of course, will be the fin. My oldest daughter, an art major, is dying to have at it. Boog's Killer Whaler!

Farting around with the high pressure sodium lamp outside my garage. Found out the ballast is shot. Guess that's not getting fixed today.
