    It's a female deer tick. They have a red hind end and are much larger than the males/juveniles. My son had a male deer tick on him and it was much smaller. Only ones I've had on me so far this year were females...

    I guess those big, red-azzed females find me irresistible......smh...

    The only tick I have ever seen on my personal dogs, was last year. I ordered some plant starts from a company out east (0hio?). I found one small flat tick in the box that was in bad shape, let hubby dispose of it after he confirmed it was a tick. A month later I was ashamed that what I thought was a skin tag on our big blonde dog's armpit was a tick, and it had grown. Ewww. Sorry you all have them!
