Thanks Scotty---I was actually going to post something similar in the "Suggestions", to have a gallery where people can get/give ideas.

We can still have a couple sticky posts dealing with those subjects, but eventuall, I think we are going to set up some galleries on the homepage, so we can upload some high quality images for those. We're probably going to do woodshed/woodstack gallery, a stove/fireplace gallery, and a chainsaw gallery!! I've got lots of room on the server for those things......what do you guys think?

it will be a little while til we can set those things up, but eventually, we'll do it....

Another suggestion is to have another gallery just for wood sheds. I actually based mine off of a combination of 2-3 sheds I saw in the galleries of the other site. Helped me out tremendously.

That sure would help someone looking to build a new hearth or shed.

I would like you to go a step further. Have galleries with sub galleries. Stoves, Hearths, Woodlots, Your Truck, Saws, and not to be left out, your 4 footed friends.

Not sure if I can while on this I pad, but it think I may have my answer. The edit option systems to be timed. It isn't the responses or the likes etc. look at your new postings, then go back to another you posted yesterday. You will see the edit and delete are gone in the older post.

I just realized it says "Stove Room", not stove. Will have to get some wider pics of room. Will post in a few weeks, in the middle of painting room right now. You'll get a big suprise when you see what is to the right of the stove...

The quick install before heading out the door this past spring.. May just leave it as is without the surround since will benefit from airflow from the other side. Thoughts on that? Stuffed roxul around the flue pipe. Stove is connected to a 6" smooth wall insulated stainless steel liner that is about 26 feet long.

"Repro of early 1800's colonial farmhouse built in 1987" - old listing and pics, hasn't changed much yet. Next spring it will get a nice shade of grey :)

That is really nice. I especially like the porch. I'm betting there is a nice vista from there. Hope you are able to enjoy it for many years to come.
