To Wilsonville Power Co located at 1405 Riverside Drive N Grosvenordale, Connecticut. 06255 (We are located where National Pellet once operated a Pellet Stove shop and Retail wood pellet business.) Wilsonville Power Co plans to install a state of the art Wood Pellet hammer mill to produce Premium Hardwood Pellet Fuel only! We will not be producing any form of mix or softwoods! Our pellets will test low for both ash and moisture content. We are planning production to begin early fall of 2015. We will produce to meet consumer demand, we’ll work with group and neighborhood buys, and will fulfill early lock in orders and will give priority to former National Pellet Customers. Finally we offer a wood pellet source to purchase pellet fuel year around and without hearing “Sorry Sold Out.” We have a back up plan should the pellet mill not be producing, we will guarantee to supply a Premium Hardwood from Maine to fulfill your orders for the 2015-2016 season! Wilsonville Power Co is in the renewable energy business a Hydro Power Plant is planned on site to supply electrical power to the Hammer Mill producing the pellet fuel, which means less production costs to produce wood pellets thus passing these savings on to you! And finally it is possible wood chips, the raw material needed to produce wood pellet fuel may deliver into the plant from approx two miles away, again a huge savings to be passed on to our customers. What’s the Deal….. Make us your wood pellet fuel source! Commit to us we’ll commit to you! Home owners, Groups, Distributors, we’ll work with you….. I wouldn't commit to 4 tons ,from a company that has never made a pellet before They don't even have the mill to make them yet , but they want me to pony up $ 1060 by June wtf are they thinking
I gotta tell you, they got some balls though trying to get people to pony up that much cash and they having produced jack chit yet.....and the other thing, you KNOW the bugs won't be worked out for a while and you, (IMO) most likely, will wind up with less than stellar pellets........@ $265 a ton to boot
This place is about 5 minutes from me and right around the corner from Birddog91 store. Never heard of it before and never knew there was a store or mill there in the past, must be before my pellet burning years. Truthfully I got excited when I first saw this but you guys quickly brought me back down to reality so thanks for that.
Looks like bottom line don't send these F ukers any $$$ until they have product that you can take home yourself and try .
Sonewhat similar to the whole Alleghany pellet thing a few years back. Wasn't there a couple in PA or NY that did something similar, collect pre-buy money and never deliver?
If you google the phone numer you can find a local shoppers guide that has a ad from them that says 300.00 a ton 3 weeks out. I tried to take screeen shot of it but messed up. Gary
Here's this one...not to be confused with Allegheny Pellet Corp. http://www.businessinsider.com/paul-ceglia-allegany-pellets-sued-2010-7
Do it ... You're in Michigan tell them you want a trailer load and tell them " the check is in the mail " I'll respect you in the morning, and that other thing
