    White oak is great, but I could process almost 2 cords of red in the amount I would get the 1 cord of white and it's not that much better on the btu chart. I can quickly hand split the red.

    Results are in for today, winners are: 1 White Oak, 3 Ironwood, 4 Pin Oak, 3 Mulberry, 2 Honey Locust, 1 Black Cherry, 4 Black Walnut and 3 Silver Maple. Standout match-ups included 4 Pin Oak vs 5 Green Ash and 3 Silver Maple vs 6 Pear, both ended with a score of 10-7. There have been no upsets so far in the round of 32. All of our winners move on to the sweet 16, the only thing we know for sure is there will be one heck of a show down between 2 Honey Locust and 3 Mulberry!
