Gave er' another good bunt today. Old guy ain't as fast as I used to be. Half a day seems to be just right. Nice to have the time to poke away at it. Looking forward to the splitting as opposed to the blocking and moving them around. My splitting/stacking area is on the other side of the property. Unfortunately, I can not get the log truck in that area, so I block it where it is and move the blocks up with the tractor.

Hopefully the snow will be out of that area by the time I get to splittin'. Been keeping that plowed out this winter so the splittin' area is fairly clear. Biggest problem I'm havin now is the mud festival between the blocking and splittin area. Tractor is chewin' the Chit out of it.......................

RWD or a 4x4 tractor? I know those RWD ones really dig up the clay around here but the 4x4's usually walk along pretty good.

That clay is murder for driving on with a lot of weight, but those ruts will dry out with nice summer air.
