I didn't cut quite that much. Intake was at 78. 102 and 119-120. It runs pretty good I thought.

I need to guy buy a lathe boys. This maybe as far as I get. I have access to 2 machine shops during the week so it's hard to justify a lathe but it sucks when you wanna do work on a weekend. Lol.

20150314_134450.jpg Here a 460 (dirty one) in comparison to the 046D (shiny one). I know the pic is bad but you can at least see the big difference in the time area of the upper trans.

20150316_171924.jpg Alright boys here's the 2 cylinders both are at there max. .072 off base and .040 off squish. Squish is at .020. I generally wouldn't take one for a customer quite this far I prob would have did .067 and .035 but I didnt. Lol. The exhaust ended up at 109 and intake was 76.5 on the D jug.

20150316_173325.jpg 20150316_173349.jpg After dropping the jug I ran into some more cleareance issues I had to cleareance the cases just a bit more and the black marked fun had to go. It's outta here.

20150316_180751.jpg The exhaust landed at roughly 109 after squish cut. The lines kind of give you an idea where I'm going. That's marked at 102.

20150316_184833.jpg Here it is roughed in. It's at about 102.5 mm and sides are widened within about 2.5 mm of skirt edges. I will take the rest with a diamond burr and polishing! Notice how I flattened the roof of the exhaust but still left a nice cure so it won't hang a ring.
