I think it was like $175 for 24 hrs. But we took possession of it on Saturday after 4 which means it has to be back by Monday at opening...
It earned its keep on that tree...what it couldn't handle in the tree I had my MS362 with a 16" do... Well thank you.... Don't think I was wasn't nervous... It wasn't bad until I had to elevate to the top. I wasn't even at the max. I'm not real fond of heights. Love the rush, but it's not my favorite. That's the only way to do a tree in my opinion.
Yes, Sir. It's takes a split second for stuff to happen. Only hung up the bar once. Just too deep under cut. But it was a small enough branch to maneuver around and unstick myself. A lot of responsibility lies on the trimmer. Where & how to place the fall down and knowing where everybody is under you.
The last pic of the bucked round landing on the branch and staying..... I bet I could not do that again... EVER... Then how long that D ring has been there?
The final round.... I used the Husky 576xp to do the honors.... We went a head and chained up to control the direction of the fall... To try to keep it from hitting the concrete driveway....
Nice work man. I need to rent me one of those - looks like a lot of fun! So - who's getting the firewood?
I got the majority of it. I took some home today and will get the rest this week. Should be about two trailer loads. It is nice. We only had to move it twice for the whole tree. Ours was a bumper pull lift....
I want one to take off-roadin! Could make some quick work of a lot of tricky situations back there...
