Chuck eye on chimney starter

That one was empty ,had a fresh one with dinner.

 

It never crossed my mind to ask why there was a beer on your grill. I just looked and thought
"Beer is a food group to Will - i guess he likes a grilled brewskis"

I'm probably damaging my cast iron pan, definitely torching the seasoning off. Any tips on the cast iron & the inferno? (Though it's worth it!)

Ditch the pan and get a small grill grate.

If you mean "grill grates" i have a set, best toy own.

Ive been reading about "clinching" or whatever they call it.

Next cook steak goes on the lump coals, no pan no grates. Some real caveman chit!!!
