20150313_155423.jpg I started by taking 1.2 mm off the base sides to narrow it up to fit it the hole and slotted my holes just a bit to line up with the 440 crankcase

Is it one with short blowdown or just the D chamber?

Hard to tell. If it's short blowdown it's only about .170" between exhaust and transfers.

20150313_201605.jpg Next I had to cleareance the clutch side fins just a little bit.

20150313_201811.jpg 20150313_201517.jpg I then drilled the bolt passages to 8.5 mm. Not much bigger just a little. This is to cleareance just a little because I converted the cases to an m6 bolt instead of the m5.

20150314_074400.jpg Then I cleareanced the cases to fit the larger trans tunnels. O ya and I will have to cleareance the flywheel but I just removed it for starters.

And here's the numbers. Lightly tightened with gasket I have .056 squish. With out a gasket I have .036" squish and the numbers are 104/121/72. Only 17° blowdown on a factory cylinder!

I just seen I'm an idiot and put this under the wrong forum. Hopefully the moderators will move it for me.

I've heard of cylinders with 14° from the factory. Should be a fine runner with those numbers to start with.

I'm headed 102/118 and what ever the intake lands from squish cut. My debate is in whether or not to bridgeport this one. Lol.

I'll try and get some pics later I have a 460 cylinder here too and you can see the trans tunnels are bigger on the 046D jug. That coupled with the case volume makes me hesitate on trying the bridgeports. Lol.

20150314_070130.jpg Without a gasket I have roughly .055 till it is at the bevel on the piston. I'm gonna use all of that. Lol.
