I went to visit her tonight. She's in very good spirits, still. They are still trying to get her kidney numbers down. Although they have came down a bit, still not enough to get through surgery. They are concern of the elevated number and damage that the kidneys have sustained. Will find out tomorrow what the next steps are.

It paints an entirely different story to me that her spirits are high. Good news :)

Call out of work to help the mrs. is how. I dunno, its all we have ever known so we just figure it out somehow. Just hope they dont both puke at the same time.

They were both running something like 104 temps last night, and work up at 3am hot so we gave them more ibuprofen during the night. This morning my daughter temp broke and they both seem to have an appetite so hoping gas is right and its a 24hour bug.

It looks like we have an all day soaker setting in here. The mud is going to be out of control.

Got a short day of work today, then most of the kids are heading for a sleep-over at their cousins' house so the wife and I will have a relatively quiet evening at home. Need to figure out what to make for dinner.

Taking my oldest son to Lego brick world for his birthday tomorrow.

In these cases a little grape flavored Pidialyte can speed up recovery time by getting them rehydrated again.

Still undecided on what to make for dinner. Thinking of throwing some shrimp on the barbie...got an itch to fire up the baby webber. What kind of wood goes good with shrimp?

After coffee this morning I filled up two five gallon gas cans, after that we pushed in some wood with the rhino (the snow was hard enough that I stayed on top) after pushing in the wood we went for lunch (by car) to the Thirsty Moose.

I almost forgot, I started up some chainsaws after we pushed in the wood an they all seemed "gooder" to go.........just need mother nature to take care of some snow.

My goal is six cord (about 20 NY F/C) by December 2015.

Well Her numbers didn't come down as far as the vet would have liked to have seen. Went ahead with surgery, she made it out. She's got some bleeding issues and other issues that he found during surgery. So only time will tell, when she wakes up. On to what our next steps are.
