Well I guess they got the IV and antibiotics started. She's still in good spirits, actually ate a little something before my friend left this evening. That's the great thing about the Vet, our friend works there. So I can keep a quick up date status and piece of mind. Thanks all the thoughts....

Been sick most of the week otherwise doing household stuff. Getting seeds started. Decided to do an all indoor garden this year.

Temporary or chronic? I actually have rehomed alot of my houseplants and focus on the ones important to me. I have VERY sentimental plum saplings that I fear did not survive the winter up here. *if* they come back, I will try one or two inside.

    Veggies inside too? How fun!

A spring thaw is a reminder of all the crap I did not get done in the yard last fall.

Yes, I am going to try to grow small dwarf plants. Not many. I want to spend time on other things this year.

Good to hear about Lilly doing better chvyman! I know about not being able to eat for a couple days myself. It's a fine line of eating something because you know you need to, and dealing with possible pain from that meal.

You guys won't believe it, but a single beer had me writhing in pain. The neighbor's kid turned 2 yesterday, so the wife and I stopped in for birthday wishes, a beer and cake. That carbonation kicked my butt. Stupid food poisoning.

The mud season has begun at my house. Between the dogs and kids (and me) it's a wonder the yard isn't just a big mud bog. Been trying to get grass to grow in some spots since we moved in. I've taken down at least 6 trees to open it up some.:headbang:Can't get to any of my firewood cutting spots with the truck or tractor either. Don't want to tear up other people's yards. :zip: Got my eye on some nice standing dead trees.

Cleaned the chimney today and started doing the brakes on my jeep. Darn rotor is seized on and it got dark on me.:headbang: Good project for tomorrow.

Yes. I have lots of work to do in the yard as well Jon. The fixing of the well last fall tore up the front yard something fierce. Major work to do after things dry up. Oh well. A little at a time I guess.

Well the wind died down for a bit. So I went out and cleaned the chimney cap and the dryer vent. Done and done. Now a little break and I hear and see the wind is back up again. Dishes and kitchen cleaned, working laundry through machines. Hopefully go out and cut some wood later. Hope you guys enjoy the day, whatever you are doing. It's going down to 7ยบ tonight! :picard:

Got a roast in the slow cooker and now I am getting ready to go to work. Wind and rain outside - ugly I am glad to have an inside job to go to. Feeling better now. We see how the day goes.

You had to remind me I have to fix where the ground settled from my well fix didn't you. It's still covered in snow and I all but forgot about it.
