My wife is famous for letting her gas get low. Drives me up a wall. She's never run out, but I always bring up what if we had an emergency and ran out or had to stop.
Yours too!?? Same here but mine has run out once. I nicely remind her all the time that running it that low is not good on the fuel pump and also not good in case of an emergency. Yet still half the time i get in her car the gas light is about to come on
Its a mindset some people have... Dont stock up on things until they absolutely have to. My wife is the same though she rarely lets it actually hit the light... Doesn't buy groceries till there is just a drip left in the last milk carton. But when it comes to handbags and shoes... very proactive
I don't think that's stupid. You knew the work you were making for yourself and accepted the tradeoff. You found another way to skin the cat.
